doesn’t let teenagers get pregnant. Hence, the Teen Pregnancy Mod is rapidly becoming popular. This
mod allows teens to get pregnant. There are many features added to the gameplay. From how they

Like an adult sim has to in Sims 4, a teen needs first to form a relationship with another sim to get
pregnant. It needs to be somewhat solid and should have completed a relationship percentage of
about 50%. When the Woohoo wellness meets the criteria, the teen Sim is eligible for a pregnancy
with her partner. The relationship bar can be increased with flirting, pursuing, and sexual Intimacy.
Now let’s say you have a sim called Macy. A teenage Sim. Her boyfriend Thomas and she both are
teenagers, who have been in a relationship for a while now. They are crazy about each other. Though
they haven’t done Woo Hoo yet. Their relationship has passed the 50% in the relationship bar. Now
you get the option to choose whether to have a Woo Hoo with Thomas or not.
When Macy has a Woo Hoo with her boyfriend, you get to choose whether they will use protection or
go raw. If you want your teen sim to get pregnant and in this case Macy, you can choose not to use a
condom. This increases her chance of getting pregnant or even catching STDs! You can choose the
unprotected sex option or you can go straight and choose to try for a baby option. Try for a Baby option
is more effective. Yet of course sometimes you might have to sleep with Thomas more than once for
it to be successful.
The story will continue, if Macy gets pregnant she will be very upset. You can buy a pregnancy test
from the store. If it is positive, Macy is going to get sad moodlets and reflect on her actions. The
consequences of unprotected sex will have a toll on your sim. As any other teen who gets pregnant
would, she is going to be anxious, sad, depressed and angry.
Now you can choose whether Macy is going to tell her boyfriend Thomas the truth. Or lie to him that
he is not the father. They can discuss having the baby or discuss about abortion. Thomas will have his
own reactions regarding the pregnancy. It will hit him he doesn’t want anything major life changes
happening in his life right now, but it has. You can choose whether Thomas will support to keep the
baby or not.

text messages from their parents and how they are taking it. The parents will discuss about their
daughter’s unwanted pregnancy among themselves.
Finally, if you decide to keep the baby Macy will go through pregnancy. One trimester lasts for about
24 hours in the game. Of course the teen sim will be very tensed and sad about her situation. You get
option to talk about putting weight even and the body dysmorphia Macy feels during pregnancy.
Thomas and Macy can lament about their regrets for not using protection or be hopeful for their baby.
Macy can ask Thomas to get married to her. Or Macy can ask for money from Thomas to keep the
baby. You can decide for Macy and assist her with all stages!
Going through pregnancy will be hard. Having a baby will affect her mood a lot. The mood swings are
crazy. If you want a healthy mindset for your sim, you can choose to go for counselling, or making the
parents agree. You need to choose to have as many positive discussions with others about the
pregnancy to make her feel all right. To prepare for her to have the baby. You can decide to go check
the gender of the baby.
Macy can buy things for the baby or go attend birthing classes to learn techniques. Anything which
will help her along the process. Unless you can choose the option to hate the baby. That way the sim
will feel miserable and hate the whole process. It is all up to you!
The story element of this mod is really high and engaging. The options you can choose between are
very broad. It feels so realistic to go through all the emotions and the drastic situations of your Sim.
Naturally, if you decide to keep the baby, Your sim will deliver the baby healthy. Both the mom and
the baby will be immortal within the game. The baby will grow up as a healthy human after all. If you
want the teen pregnancy to have more twists you can download more mods. Perhaps you want the
mother to pass away or do not wish a healthy birth. Sometimes you won’t get the pregnant belly, or
the symptoms. Then you can download mods which will make it more realistic.
The teen pregnancy mod sure is very exciting! It adds story, and so much drama to the game. You can
control your Sims with the immense options available to choose from! There is so much more to the
